1000 days without injuries: a milestone that belongs to everyone

September 2, 2025

August 2025 will remain a special month for us because we have achieved a goal that speaks volumes about who we are and how we work: 1,000 days without workplace accidents.
A number that isn’t just a statistic, but concrete proof of a shared commitment. For us, safety isn’t an abstract concept but a core value, a principle that guides every decision and defines our way of working.
This result is the result of a constant investment in prevention: rigorous control procedures, ongoing training, and constantly updated operational protocols have allowed us to build a reliable and protected work environment.

Caring for safety means protecting people, ensuring peace of mind and mutual trust. It also means fostering a culture in which everyone feels an active role, responsible not only for themselves but also for their colleagues. It is this shared responsibility that has allowed us to achieve such a significant milestone.

Safety takes shape in everyday gestures—in checking a detail, in choosing to operate calmly and precisely, in the willingness to help those who work alongside us.

An achievement to celebrate and renew

Such a significant milestone deserved to be shared. We dedicated a special day to celebrating this success together and saying goodbye before the summer break: a moment of conviviality and pride, which strengthened our sense of belonging and awareness of the shared value of safety.
The 1,000 days without injuries are not a point of arrival, but a new beginning. They represent an encouragement to maintain high levels of focus, to continue investing in training and prevention, and to renew every day the responsibility that unites us.
Because safety is never a definitive goal, but rather an ongoing journey that belongs to everyone.
